    I recently bought a 250 metre roll of sash cord for macrame. The price and product was great and the customer service was excellent. I contacted them with a query about delivery times ( I was excited, it wasn't late) and they were super helpful, contacting the post office for me, tracking the delivery and sending me updates. Will definitely buy from them again.

    Order items that were needed urgently, made a note on the order, which was missed by Ropes Galore. When asked for a refund, including the cost of delivery to sent the items back, was told that would not be happening.
    TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.
